Printed Workwear – DTF & Screen Printing In-House

Printing is the best way to put large, colourful or detailed designs on workwear, from a full-back company logo to event t-shirts for hundreds of people. We print in-house at our Southport unit using two methods, and we’ll always recommend the right one for your garment, design and budget.

DTF printing: detailed designs from 1 piece

DTF (direct-to-film) printing gives sharp, colourful prints on cotton, polyester and blends.

  • From just 1 piece, ideal for small teams, samples and named garments
  • Fine detail and gradients
  • A soft, flexible finish that moves with the fabric
  • Great for t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos and hi vis

Screen printing: best value for bulk orders

Screen printing is the classic method for larger runs, with bold, solid colours that last.

  • From 12 pieces, up to 8 colours
  • The lowest cost per garment on bigger orders
  • Vibrant, durable ink, ideal for events, staff launches and promotional tees
