Our New Website: Add Your Logo in 5 Easy Steps

We've been busy behind the scenes. Over the last few weeks we've rebuilt large parts of the Westcoast Workwear website to make ordering branded workwear quicker and easier. The biggest change? You can now add your logo to any product in five simple steps, with no account and no complicated designer.

Here's what's new and how it helps you get your team kitted out.

Add Your Logo to Workwear in 5 Easy Steps

Every product page now has a green Add your logo button. Click it and a short step-by-step form walks you through your order:

1. Sizes - tell us how many you need in each size. There's no minimum order.
2. Position - pick where your logo goes: left chest, right chest, big back print, sleeves or back of neck.
3. Embroidery or print - choose embroidery for a smart, hard-wearing finish or printing for bold, full-colour designs. Not sure? Leave it with us.
4. Your logo - upload a JPG, PNG, PDF or AI file (even a photo is fine), email it later, or just use text.
5. Your details - add your name and contact details and send. That's it.

We then tidy up your artwork and email you a free design to approve. Nothing is made until you're happy with it. Logo setup is free on orders over £100.

Why We Made Ordering Simpler

We found the old online designer could be fiddly, especially on a phone. Most people just want to send their logo, say where it goes and get a price. So that's exactly what the new flow does. If you still like to design it yourself, the online designer is one click away.

You don't need an account to request a quote either. Just tick a box if you'd like one so you can reorder later.

Our new homepage gets you to the right products faster. Shop by product type straight away, see our best sellers with clear "from" prices, and check out our Deal of the Month.

Easier to Find What You Need

• Shop by brand - every brand page can now be filtered by product type, such as polos, jackets or fleeces.
• Category guides - category pages now open with a short intro and a "Need help choosing?" box.
• Promotional merchandise - our promo merch page links straight to each section of our catalogue: pens, drinkware, lanyards, diaries, power banks and more.
• Christmas Shop - personalised Christmas jumpers, t-shirts and gifts, plus festive items you can add your logo to.

Same Great Service Since 1995

The website has changed, but our service hasn't. Every order is still decorated in-house at our Southport workshop, with no minimum order and a typical turnaround of 5-7 working days. And if you'd rather talk to a real person, we're always happy to help.
